Linzhi is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, where abundant sunlight and significant day-night temperature differences create unique sweetness and hardness in highland apples. Company leader Lin Chuanqing explained that local apples of the same size are 15% heavier than those from other regions, with peak season yields reaching 3,000 kilograms per mu. The unique environment results in Linzhi apples with a sugar content of 12% and significantly higher vitamin levels compared to ordinary apples.
