At the demonstration site of the enterprise "Poltava-Sad" in Poltava region, BEDNAR machinery was used for various corn soil cultivation technologies on an area of 20 hectares. This was reported by the company's press service. According to preliminary estimates, the strip-till technology showed the best results in terms of yield and efficient use of moisture. Chiseling and plowing also had a positive effect, while disking was the least effective due to soil compaction and insufficient moisture accumulation. Strip-till was carried out with the BEDNAR STRIP-MASTER EN6000 cultivator with a COMBO SYSTEM hopper, which performed strip cutting. The task of the strip cultivator in combination with the hopper was to create an ideal seedbed for corn.
