The availability of greenhouse tomatoes on the Ukrainian market has dropped, with most growers planning to start selling a new crop towards the end of March. The decrease in supply is due to a reduction in imports, particularly from Türkiye. This shortage has allowed wholesalers to increase the price of imported tomatoes, which are now 16% more expensive on average compared to the previous week, selling at 85-100 UAH/kg ($2.32-2.73/kg).
