Brazilian beef exports hit a record high of 291,075 tons in July 2024, a 42% increase from the previous year, with revenue increasing by 33% to US$ 1.166 billion. The average price per ton fell by 6% to US$ 4,007. In the first seven months of 2024, Brazil exported 1,731,944 tons, a 35% increase from the same period in 2023, generating revenue of US$ 6.988 billion, a 20% increase. The United States, China, and the United Arab Emirates were the top buyers, with the UAE seeing the biggest increase in purchases. However, the average price per ton in the US dropped from US$ 3,910 to US$ 2,910.
