Traditional Vietnamese fish sauce exports but worry about one thing at 'home'

At the 2nd term (2025-2030) National Congress of the Vietnam Traditional Fish Sauce Association that just took place, representatives of the Phan Thiet Fish Sauce Association reported that each year, members supply 22-23 million liters of traditional fish sauce to the market, with sales of nearly 1,000 billion VND, creating jobs for 400 regular workers and thousands of seasonal workers. The association members have consumed over 22,000 tons of anchovies for fishermen, thereby directly contributing to keeping fishermen at sea, protecting maritime sovereignty. In particular, many Phan Thiet fish sauce brands have successfully exported to the US, Japan, South Korea, and many other countries.
