Kazakhstan and Iran Expand Cooperation in Veterinary Sphere Within the framework of the 92nd General Assembly of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) taking place in Paris, a working meeting was held between Kazakhstan's Vice Minister of Agriculture Amangaliy Berdalin and the Deputy Minister of Agricultural Jihad and Head of the Veterinary Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Alireza Rafipour, the press service of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Agriculture reports. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in veterinary control, as well as issues related to the export of animal-origin products. The Kazakh side expressed gratitude for the constructive dialogue previously held in an online format in January 2025. Following this, the Iranian side decided to increase the permissible transportation periods for Kazakh beef and lamb: for chilled products — up to 6 days, for frozen products — up to 10 days. ...
