According to statistics of Vietnam Customs, Vietnam's tuna exports to Egypt in October 2022 decreased by 41%, reaching only 569 thousand USD. Accumulated in the first 10 months of 2022, Vietnam's tuna exports to Egypt reached nearly 13.5 million USD, up 17% compared to the same period in 2021. Egypt is currently a large single tuna import market. 13th of Vietnam and 2nd largest in the Middle East, after Israel.
