In 2022, Turkey production in Russia increased by 3.6% compared to 2021, reaching 414.6 thousand tons, and over five years, production has increased by 80%. Russia has risen in the world ranking from seventh to third place, with the market showing positive dynamics in all segments. The leaders among the regions are the Republic of Bashkortostan, Penza, Rostov and Tambov regions. The market is developing due to the scaling of poultry farms and increasing production of hatching eggs, with plans to reach 420 thousand tons this year and 650 thousand tons by 2030.
