Turkey's snail exports were doubled in seven months

Eastern Black Sea Exporters Union Deputy Chairman of the Board Ahmet Hamdi Gürdoğan said that 935 tons of sea snails were exported from Turkey in 7 months. Stating that an income of 9 million 765 thousand 9 dollars was obtained from the said foreign sales, Gürdoğan stated that the export of sea snails increased by 26% in terms of amount and 100% in revenue compared to the same period of the previous year, which earned 4 million 891 thousand 943 dollars in return for 741 tons.
