Turkey's sustainable food future takes shape at Uludağ

The 'Uludag Food Summit', led by the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO), brought together leaders of the sector. Organized with the theme "Sustainable Food, Reliable Future", the summit brought together all links of the food ecosystem from agriculture to industry, from supply to export under one roof. Hosted by Bursa Business School, the lifelong education center of the business world, in line with the works of the BTSO Food and Packaged Products Council, the summit addressed issues such as the effects of climate change on the supply chain, strengthening domestic production, preventing food waste, and sustainable supply models by experts.
