The president of INTA, Nicolás Bronzovich, is on a trip to his ancestral homeland, Croatia, participating in a conference that has almost nothing to do with his official duties at the technological body: he is participating in a conference on "Croatian emigration and economic development." Beyond the assessment of the opportunity of this trip, whose cost would be paid by the Croatians, the permits Bronzovich received to do so are rather precarious, as both the officials of the libertarian government and the leaders of the Mesa de Enlace are pretending not to notice when it comes to re-implementing the governance systems of the Institute. Thus, they disobey the orders given by both the justice system and the National Congress.
