UAE may recognize Russian Halal certificates

Russian Halal certificates can be recognized in the UAE. The corresponding document was signed in Moscow by the head of the Federal Accreditation Service Nazariy Skrypnik and the Deputy Minister of Industry and Advanced Technologies of the United Arab Emirates (MoIAT) Osama Amir Fadel. As the press service of the Russian department reported, we are talking about a memorandum of understanding in the field of accreditation of Halal certification bodies. “The document provides for the recognition of Russian Halal certificates in the UAE after the implementation of the accreditation scheme for Halal certification bodies in the national accreditation system, including taking into account GSO standards.
