Ukraine begins apple shipments to India

As part of the joint work of the Embassy of Ukraine in India, the State Service for Food and Consumer Protection and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aimed at opening new markets for the export of domestic agricultural products, the first batch of Ukrainian apples has arrived in India. This was reported by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of India. The export of apples to India is an important stage for Ukraine and Ukrainian producers, who continue to open new markets, expanding the geography of supplies of high-quality agricultural products. Diplomats are confident that new batches and prospects for Ukrainian agricultural products in the international arena are ahead. In the 2024/25 season, a sharp increase in export prices for Ukrainian apples is noted. The largest increase was recorded in the supply of apples to the UAE, where importers this season paid 40-60% more for Ukrainian fruits.
