Ukraine imported cheese by 38.8% less by the end of the year

In 2022, Ukraine imported 33.8 thousand tons of cheese, which is 38.8% less than a year earlier. This is evidenced by the data of the State Customs Service. In monetary terms, the import of cheese last year amounted to $182.2 million - 30% less than in 2021. Cheeses were imported to Ukraine mainly from Poland (47%), Germany (17.6%), and the Netherlands (9.7%).
