Ukrainian farmers increase exports of amaranth products: flour, oil and even candy and pasta

At present, exports of amaranth oil, flour and cake account for 80% of all amaranth exports. Ukraine can also export amaranth cereals, flakes, grass pellets, candies and pasta, said Oleksandr Duda, chairman of the Association of Amaranth and Amaranth Producers.
