Farm Organic-D in Ukraine's Vinnitsa region is growing pumpkins across 300 hectares, half of which is dedicated to open field vegetable cultivation. The farm uses drip irrigation for growing carrots, beets, late cabbage, potatoes, and onions. It has its own storage capacity for vegetables, including pumpkins, which can be stored for up to 10 months. The farm plans to expand vegetable cultivation by an additional 70 hectares next year. In addition to pumpkins, the farm also plans to start exporting Jerusalem artichoke and swede next year.
