University students in Amasya are raising pheasants.

In the city of princes, Amasya, university students and academics have started raising pheasants. The production, which began with 60 individuals in the coops established at the Suluova Vocational School, reached 700 within a year. The egg production of the birds increased nearly 5 times due to regular feeding.
