US chicken meat exports increased by 1.2% in the year and in 12 months

According to the latest information from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), last September North American exports of chicken meat totaled 253,483 tons, a volume that corresponded to declines of 10.02% and 6.55% over, respectively, the month previous and the same month last year. With this result, the total accumulated in nine months was close to 2.463 million tons, showing an increase of 1.25% over January/September 2022.
