Uzbekistan: Export of peaches and nectarines has begun from the southern regions of the country

This season, the export of peaches and nectarines from Uzbekistan started in the third decade of May, at about the same time as last year. As of the end of May this year, over 200 tons of peach/nectarine have already been shipped to foreign markets, according to EastFruit analysts. According to the press service of the administration of the Termez district of the Surkhandarya region, the southernmost administrative-territorial unit of Uzbekistan, such varieties of peach and nectarine as Big bang, Plane gold and Plane have already ripened on the peach and nectarine plantations of SPN Humo agro located in this region summer.
