From January to April 2023, Uzbekistan saw a 6.5% increase in the export of fruit and vegetable products, reaching a value of US$256.1 million and a volume of 359,200 tons. The exports were dominated by mung beans, dried grapes, dried prunes, tomatoes, cabbage, fresh grapes, onions, and pomegranates. The primary markets for these exports included Russia, Pakistan, China, Kazakhstan, and Afghanistan, accounting for nearly 72% of the total exports.
