The article reports on the ongoing sowing of cotton and soybean seeds in various parts of the country for the 2022 harvest. The sowing of cotton covers 1,034,223 hectares with the support of 9,000 seeders and 2,500 sowing teams. On the other hand, soybeans will be sown across 146.5 thousand hectares, including 82.5 thousand hectares in open areas and 64.0 thousand hectares in cotton inter-row spacing. The anticipated yield is 181.4 thousand tons, which will result in 36,000 tons of vegetable oil and 136,000 tons of soybean meal, benefiting 38 million industrial poultry. Additionally, efforts are being made to adapt seeders for simultaneous sowing of cotton and soybeans, with 576 seeders and units for inter-row tillage adapted in 2021.
