Uzbekistan to purchase 2 mln tons of soybeans from the US over three years

On November 6, in Washington, President Donald Trump and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced Uzbekistan’s intention to invest billions of dollars in the United States and American companies, according to the US State Department. The governments of Uzbekistan and the United States are working to advance comprehensive economic, security, and humanitarian cooperation in the interests of stability and prosperity for both countries. President Trump welcomed the conclusion of multibillion-dollar agreements aimed at strengthening the US industrial base and ensuring the security of supplies of strategically important resources.
