Venko and Agromobility announce merger

Venko and Agromobility announced this week the merger of their operations during the Show Rural Coopavel 2026, in Cascavel. The move combines portfolio, technical structure, and service capacity to expand the offer of connectivity solutions to agribusiness, with a focus on private 4G and 5G networks and satellite internet services. With the merger, the Venko brand will continue to be used in Brazil and abroad for the offer of connectivity solutions aimed at providers, operators, B2B market, and also the agricultural sector. Specific satellite internet solutions for the countryside will now be delivered under the Agromobility by Venko brand, preserving the technical positioning of the operation and expanding its integration into the group's portfolio.
