Vietnam and Mongolia have signed a "Memorandum of Understanding on Sustainable Rice Trade" to ensure food supply and stabilize the rice market. The agreement establishes a cooperation mechanism for rice trade activities between the two countries and aims to address difficulties encountered by enterprises in the process of rice import and export. Mongolia will review its rice import needs annually, and Vietnam will support the establishment of links with the private sector to export rice accordingly.
