In addition, exported fresh durian must meet the heavy metal residue standards stipulated in the Technical Regulations on Food Heavy Metal Pollution Limits (QCVN 8-2:2011/BYT), the pesticide residue standards stipulated in the Regulation on Limiting Pesticide Residues in Food (50/2016/TT-BYT), and the corresponding import market's index catalog and related regulations on food safety limits for durian products.
