Vietnam Agribusiness Ltd. (VAL), a joint venture between American company Bunge Global SA and Singapore's Wilmar International Ltd., has recently commissioned a second soybean processing line at the Phu My 1 Industrial Park, increasing its daily processing capacity by 4,000 tons thanks to this $100 million project. Together with Line No. 1, which has been operating since 2011, the company's total processing capacity now stands at 7,800 tons per day, which is a significant milestone strengthening Vietnam's strategic raw material security for the livestock and food industries, according to VAL, a company specializing in the processing of oilseeds for food and feed products.
