The report from the Import and Export Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) stated that according to the data from the Customs Agency, in October 2025, Vietnam exported 18,788 tons of pepper, valued at nearly 126 million USD, an increase of 1.9% in quantity and 4.42% in value compared to October 2024. Cumulatively for the first 10 months of 2025, Vietnam's pepper exports reached 205,229 tons, valued at 1.39 billion USD, a decrease of 6.4% in quantity but an increase of 25.3% in value compared to the same period in 2024. Thus, the value of Vietnam's pepper exports in the first 10 months of 2025 has surpassed the 1.3 billion USD mark achieved for the whole of 2024. This figure is close to the export value for the entire year of 2016 (nearly 1.43 billion USD), which was the highest export value from before until 2024.
