Turkey: Water buffalo breeders will produce mozzarella cheese in Kayseri

Water buffalo breeders in Kayseri will produce the famous Italian mozzarella cheese with the support of the Central Anatolian Development Agency (ORAN). A protocol was signed in the municipality between ORAN and Kayseri Buffalo Breeders' Association and Hacılar Municipality. In his speech here, the President of the Union, İsmail Ilgın, said that the production of milk, cream, cheese and yogurt continues at the buffalo milk processing facility established in the district with the cooperation of the state and the nation, and that they want to add mozzarella cheese to these products and that their project in this direction is supported by ORAN.
