In Colonia Aurora, a town located on the banks of the Uruguay River and near the neighboring country of Brazil, dairy farming is emerging as an activity among producers who previously dedicated themselves almost exclusively to tobacco production. In this context, the Cooperativa Agropecuaria Esperanza Km 7 Ltda. recently celebrated 15 years of work adding value to the local milk production. The entity is considered a model of associative production in one of the non-traditional dairy basins of Argentine milk.
