A comprehensive training course designed to boost the competitiveness of cooperatives in Dak Lak province was completed, with participation from various cooperative representatives. The course focused on key areas such as brand building, digital marketing, product development, and channel building, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. Participants expressed the training as valuable and practical, empowering them to enhance their cooperatives' approaches to customers, market expansion, and sales improvement. The Dak Lak Cooperative Union, which organized the course, plans to continue offering such training in various fields to meet the diverse development needs of provincial cooperatives, with a special emphasis on e-commerce and artificial intelligence to improve their online presence and market access, particularly benefiting remote cooperatives.
