The digitalization of the Brazilian agribusiness is advancing rapidly, and WhatsApp is establishing itself as the main communication channel between producers, suppliers, and customers. A survey by Poli Digital, a company specialized in channel automation, reveals that the volume of messages exchanged in the sector grew by 291% between May 2023 and May 2025, rising from 7,755 to 27,848 monthly interactions, on average.
