The article reports on the inauguration of the new edition of ProLimia and Alimagro fairs by María Álvarez Xinzo, aiming to bolster the traditional trade and agricultural sector of the region. The mayors of Orense and Pontevedra, along with the president of the Ourense Provincial Council, emphasized the sector's strength and the importance of continued training to meet challenges like irrigation. The fair's internationalization and the potential of the Pataca de Galicia potato, protected by an IXP, were also highlighted.
