This project is part of the 8th term of the elected government's promise, "Agricultural Machinery Farming Proxy Service for Small and Medium Farmers," aimed at solving the issues of rural aging and labor shortages. It is a system that performs field farming work on behalf of small-scale farmers who find it difficult to use agricultural machinery, targeting those with less than 5,000 square meters of farmland. Yeonggwang County enacted and promulgated the "Yeonggwang County Agricultural Machinery Farming Proxy Operation Ordinance" on the 13th, and on the 20th, set the farming proxy fee and on the 22nd began full-scale operations.
