Yeosu Agricultural Cooperative (Chairman Park Heon-yeong) held a kimchi and rice sharing event for the local community neighbors last December 15th. This event was organized with the participation of Yeosu Agricultural Cooperative staff and executives, along with housewives' groups who think of their hometown and farmer housewives' groups, who put in their best efforts. It was arranged to help local elders and struggling neighbors through the winter. Chairman Park Heon-yeong stated, "This sharing event is a meaningful occasion prepared with the combined efforts of the Agricultural Cooperative staff and women's organizations" and "In the future, Yeosu Agricultural Cooperative will continue to provide substantial welfare support and sharing activities for local elders and vulnerable groups." Meanwhile, Yeosu Agricultural Cooperative annually engages in social activities together with the local community.
