[Korean Farmers' Newspaper, Reporter Lee Jang-hee] To celebrate "Farmers' Day" on November 11, the city of Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, held a special sale of handmade tteokbokki made with the region's representative brand rice, "Baek-ok rice." The handmade tteokbokki was produced by the bakery café "Arirang Dowon," located in Namsa-eup, Cheoin-gu, in collaboration with the city. The special sale event using Baek-ok rice is expected to present the possibility of introducing new products utilizing local agricultural products. This special sale event was conducted for the city and related organizations. From October 27 to November 5, pre-purchase applications were accepted, and on November 10, the tteokbokki was delivered to the purchasers.
