Guizhou Releases 5 Billion Yuan Sauce Liquor Project
Recently, the Guizhou Investment Promotion Bureau released a project for annual production of 50,000 tons of sauce-flavor baijiu and supporting industrial construction, with a total investment of 50 billion yuan. The proposed site is located in Fengsheng Community, Fengxiang Town, Bozhou District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, planned to cover 1,080 mu. Main construction includes brewing workshops, fermentation pits, base liquor storage libraries (liquor tank areas), packaging material factories, logistics warehousing centers, testing laboratories, R&D centers, and exhibition sales centers.
