The 11th Olive Oil & Olive Festival will be held from April 24 to April 26, 2026, at the International Exhibition Center of Crete, in Heraklion. It is the largest exhibition for olive oil and table olives organized for the eleventh time and presents all the latest scientific developments, technologies, and innovations of the sector. The Festival is held with the support of the Region of Crete, co-organizer is the Municipality of Hersonissos and it is under the auspices of the Ministry of Rural Development and Foods. In parallel with the festival, the 11th International Olive Oil and Table Olive Congress takes place, with the participation of scientists, researchers, professors, representatives of bodies and producers from Greece and abroad.
