150 Spanish meat industries have requested authorization to export to China

Currently, there are a total of 57 Spanish meat companies authorized to export pork to China, double the number in 2019. Of the 57 companies, 48 are members of the National Association of Meat Industries of Spain (ANICE) . Last April, the extension of the export authorization to China for eight establishments producing pork meat and meat products in Spain was already known. Now, 150 companies have requested the inclusion in the pig list to China, after the opening in CEXGAN of the last term to apply said request, as reported by Miguel Ángel Martín, Deputy Director General of Sanitary Agreements and Border Control of the Ministry of Agriculture ( MAP) during its participation in the ANICE Internationalization Working Group.
