2026 already has a challenge on the agenda: Sou de Algodão + Casa de Criadores opens registrations for fashion students

And it is precisely from this connection that the Desafio Sou de algodão + Casa de Criadores was born, the largest competition aimed at fashion students in Brazil. The initiative is from the Sou de algodão movement, from the Brazilian Cotton Producers Association (ABRAPA), in partnership with Casa de Criadores. The 4th edition has been officially announced and registrations are open until February 28, 2026. With the concept “Here fashion starts from scratch,” the challenge invites students from all over the country to look at the national raw material with more depth, creativity, and purpose. The launch took place during the “56th Casa de Criadores Week” and reinforces a clear message: trend and responsibility need to go hand in hand from the beginning of the creative process.
