3.7 million available for productive investments in Limburg, Netherlands

Farmers can apply for a subsidy until Thursday, April 25. This concerns, for example, the purchase of machines for precision fertilization, installations for sustainable energy and heat extraction or cooling systems for an optimal stable climate. The European Union and the CAP program together make 2.2 million euros available. The Province of Limburg is making an additional investment of approximately 1.5 million euros. With these amounts, the authorities want to support agricultural entrepreneurs and ensure that investments contribute positively to air and water quality, soil conditions and animal welfare.
