The article highlights the export of the first batch of Bashkir seeds, specifically 456 tons of camelina, from the 2021 harvest to the Republic of Belarus via the Raevka station. This export adheres to the phytosanitary requirements of the Customs Union, with samples undergoing research to ensure product safety. The completion of testing and the issuance of a phytosanitary certificate will enable the completion of the export process for this batch. Camelina is a plant used for oil production and can also be utilized as feedstock for second-generation biofuels.
