The government of Malaysia has approved 824 hectares to develop an Agro Park in Dalat next year

MUKAH: The Sarawak government has approved 824 hectares to develop an Agro Park specifically for pineapple cultivation in Dalat next year. Minister of Women, Children and Community Wellbeing Dato Sri Fatimah Abdullah, the program is one of the steps to accelerate the state to increase household income. "The Land Development and Protection Agency (LCDA) has identified 824 hectares of land to be turned into an Agro Park near Kampung (Kg) Sungai (Sg) Kut, Dalat," he said in the Opening Ceremony of the Pineapple Plant Technology Course@Dalat 2023 at the Dalat Welfare Complex today . He said preliminary work had been approved at a cost of RM200,000.
