A delegation from Paraguay is interested in the olive oil culture of Jaén, Spain

Olimerca.- Around thirty representatives of the project ‘Resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities in Paraguay’, an initiative that has the collaboration of the Provincial Council of Jaén, have visited the headquarters of the provincial Administration to learn about the potential and benefits of the olive and olive oil sector. They were received by the deputy for Agriculture and Livestock, Javier Perales, who stated that although “we do not have direct powers in agriculture, since they are all transferred to the Junta de Andalucía, but I think it is important that this Paraguayan delegation knows the work that we are doing from the provincial Administration in support of the sector and above all in the promotion of extra virgin olive oil”.
