In September 2024, Argentina's beef exports hit a new high, with a volume of 71,900 tons and a value of 295.8 million dollars, marking increases of 2.6% and 10.8% from the previous month, respectively. Over the past year, total beef exports reached 743.5 thousand tons, valued at 2.852 billion dollars, showing a 44.2% and 46.9% rise from the previous year. Demand from China, which accounted for 68.5% of September's exports, has been a significant factor in this growth. The Argentine Beef Consortium anticipates a 15% increase in exports in volume and a 10% increase in value by the end of the year.
