Abrafrutas launches unprecedented sustainability seal for Brazilian fruit farming

The Brazilian Association of Fruit Producers and Exporters (Abrafrutas) will launch, on November 27, the ESG Fruits of Brazil Seal, a certification that recognizes producers and exporters committed to sustainable, social, and governance practices. The announcement will be made in Brasília, during an event of the entity that will bring together authorities, representatives of the government, and the productive sector. The seal is exclusive for companies associated with Abrafrutas and aims to strengthen the image of the national fruit industry in the international market, by highlighting that Brazilian fruits are produced with environmental responsibility, respect for people, and good management.
