According to researchers, to improve the effectiveness of the government's agri-food voucher system, it is necessary to expand the number of stores where the vouchers can be used in rural and non-urban areas, along with developing strategies to link with existing commercial districts. Kim Yong-ji, a deputy research fellow at the Jeonnam Research Institute, Lee Uk-jik, a full-time researcher at the Jeonnam Research Institute, and Kim Sang-hyo, a research fellow at the Korea Rural Economic Institute, presented a study on 'Satisfaction Levels Based on Agri-Food Voucher Accessibility' at the Korea Agri-Food Distribution Academic Conference held on the 10th and 11th. The government's agri-food voucher project is a food welfare policy introduced to improve dietary habits and resolve nutritional imbalances among low-income groups.
