A delegation from the Agricultural Research Center participated in the third Egyptian Olive Festival in Matrouh Governorate. The delegation, led by Dr. Ayman Hamouda and Dr. Shaker Arafat, visited olive farm factories and engaged in dialogue with farmers and manufacturers. The discussion focused on improving the quality of olive oil, the importance of good manufacturing practices, and the health benefits of consuming olive oil. The delegation also inspected olive presses to ensure the quality of Egyptian olive oil.
