The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Thailand is planning for drought cultivation and has a strategy in place for planting dry season crops, covering 5.12 million rai of land across 22 provinces. The plan includes various crops and includes projects to increase farmers' income during the dry season. In response to recent flooding, the Ministry has taken steps to pump water and prepare animal survival supplies, evacuating 4,062 animals and providing 39.2 tons of animal feed.
