Peruvian coffee exporters are strategically targeting the South Korean market, aiming to elevate the quality of their production and diversify beyond instant and blended coffee varieties to include organic and premium coffees. This approach is supported by recent trade success, with South Korea's significant purchases of Peruvian coffee in the first five months of the year. Additionally, the country is positioning its Andean grains, such as quinoa, kiwicha, and chia, for greater success in the Chilean market, where they are increasingly popular for healthier breakfast options.
