The Mediterranean Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Exporters' Association (AHBİB) of Turkey achieved a 76% increase in exports in October compared to the previous year, reaching $190.3 million. The organization believes that Turkey can benefit from nearby markets by leveraging its production power and geographical location. AHBİB also suggests extending the duration of customs regulations to maintain price stability. The most exported products were pulses, followed by pastry products and oil seeds and fruits. Iraq and Syria were the top two markets for these exports.
